These days he anchors “The Morning Blend” from 4:30 to 7 a.m. He left TV briefly to host his own radio show on KSEG “The Eagle,” but returned to television in 2013 at ABC10. Gray worked for nearly 25 years at KCRA-TV, first as sports director, then morning/noon anchor and finally evening anchor. These days the couple, who met in 1997 and married in 2000, share the same employer. “If my car broke down I could walk,” says Gray. And for Mom and Dad? Well, with a five-minute commute to ABC10’s Broadway studios, it doesn’t get much easier. “All three of the schools are walkable and that really helps with them getting to after-school activities,” says Gray. Abby, Kelly and Joseph go to schools in the area and are involved with Little League, soccer, swimming, tennis, basketball and debate. While working in Buffalo, NY, Tracy performed a bungee jump during the station's morning newscast. In 2001, Humphrey then moved to Buffalo, NY as the morning Meteorologist. Afterward, she worked in Syracuse, NY as the weekend Meteorologist and weather reporter. It all started in Savannah, Georgia as the weekday Meteorologist. ![]() From Lake Effect Snow to hurricanes to severe thunderstorms, she's seen it all and loved every minute of it. It's her passion for forecasting and live reporting that has led her to an exciting career. Prior to moving to California, Tracy worked four years as the weekend meteorologist for Good Day New York in New York City.
